SHOTMAKER TECHNICIANS / CRANE OPERATORS
All representatives of Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd in any or all of the above capacities operate on a standard 10-hour day unless otherwise arranged. Industry Occupational Health and Safety standards require that technicians allow themselves a minimum of a 10-hour turn around between consecutive days shooting. Production Managers or other nominated representatives of the Production, must notify Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd if they expect a shoot will extend over and above 12 hours in order to ascertain if the technician is booked on another production for the following day.

OVERTIME AND PENALTIES
Overtime will be calculated on the hourly rate of an 10-hour day unless otherwise negotiated.

INVOICES / TRADING TERMS
All Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd invoices will be generated as a Tax Invoice and will include GST. Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd operates on the basis of a 14 Days account to approved customers.

CANCELLATIONS / DATE CHANGES
Cancellation of part or all of the rental period by a Production require 48 hours notice to be given to Shotmaker Australia. A cancellation fee may be charged if the period of notice is less than 48 hours. In circumstances where a first hold booking becomes a firm booking as a result of 2nd hold inquiries, any cancellation of the confirmed rental period by a Production will be subject to a full rate cancellation fee for all equipment booked and each technician's day rate.

INSURANCE LEVY
As part of the final invoice, an insurance levy will be included. The levy is calculated (before GST) at 10% of the total amount invoiced for rental on all equipment. The levy will incur GST.

MILEAGE COSTS, GENERATOR FUEL and ROAD TOLL CHARGES
Mileage and any additional travelling expenses incurred by Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd will be calculated and be included as part of the final invoice. This also includes fuel used in generators. The cost of any road tolls extended to Shotmaker Australia Pty Ltd during the rental period will also be included in the final invoice.
